Perry Ellington

Director, Technical Architecture & Clinical Data Services at The Health Collaborative

Perry Ellington is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience in the field. Perry currently serves as the Director of Solutions Architecture & Clinical Services at The Health Collaborative, where they have been working since January 2020. Prior to their current role, Perry served as the Technology Manager at HealthLINC from December 2016 to January 2020.

Perry's career in technology began in 1996 when they started working as a Network Administrator at Great Financial Bank. In 1999, they became the Chief Information Officer at Porter Bankcorp, and in 2004, they joined Air X Change Technologies LLC as the Building Automation Commercial Installation Team Lead. Perry left Air X Change Technologies LLC in 2008 to become the Service Manager at ComfortSystemsUSA, and in 2009, they accepted a position as the Technology Director at Nineveh-Hensley-Jackson School District, where they worked until 2015.

In January 2008, Perry returned to Air X Change Technologies LLC as the Building Automation Commercial Installation Team Lead. Perry remained in this role until January 2020 when they joined The Health Collaborative as the Director of Solutions Architecture & Clinical Services. Perry has been instrumental in leading The Health Collaborative's technology team and has helped to implement numerous innovative solutions that have improved patient care and outcomes.

Perry Ellington has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky.

Perry Ellington reports to Tiffany Mattingly, VP, Clinical Strategies. They work with Lauren Phipps - Specialist, Clinical Education, Michelle Doll - Coordinator, Clinical Initiatives & Quality Improvement, and Emma Fox - Senior Specialist, Clinical Initiatives.
