Keith Strader

Keith Strader has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Keith began their career at Giant Eagle in 1983, holding various positions such as Retail Systems Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst, and Store Clerk and Co-Manager. From 1999 to 2016, Keith worked as a Senior Retail Systems Support Analyst and Team Lead, where they provided systems support and expertise to retail team members. Keith also served as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, facilitating the design and execution of test plans. In 2013, they took on the role of Retail & Marketing Systems Analyst, providing application support and maintenance. Keith joined SCA Technologies as a Technical Writer Consultant in 2017 and then transitioned to Pyramid Consulting Group, Inc. as a Business Analyst. Keith is currently working at The Health Plan (THP) as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they started in 2018 and later became the Lead Quality Assurance Engineer in 2021.

Keith Strader attended John F. Kennedy High School in Warren, Ohio from 1976 to 1980. Keith then went on to attend Youngstown State University from 1984 to 1986.
