Dave Marta

Dave Marta has a diverse work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Dave is currently the Vice President at HEARN, a company focused on commercial real estate investments. Prior to their current role, they served as the Development Director at Legacy Partners from 2015 to 2020. Dave also has experience in multifamily housing investment sales, working at CBRE from 2014 to 2015 and at HFF from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Finance at McCaffery Interests from 2006 to 2009 and as a Senior Associate at LaSalle Bank from 2001 to 2006.

Dave Marta attended the University of Iowa from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Economics. In 2000, they also briefly studied International Business and European Policy at Richmond, The American International University in London.
