Kacper Olczyk

Kacper Olczyk is an experienced professional in venture building and management, currently serving as Associate Manager and Venture Architect at The Heart since February 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing projects from ideation to market launch, stakeholder management, and facilitating workshops. Prior roles at The Heart include Senior Consultant and Consultant, focusing on technology scouting and digital consultancy. Kacper also held the position of Marketing & Operations Lead at Tandu, and served as Communication Manager for the Erasmus Student Network. Earlier experiences include an internship at ABB, where production processes were analyzed, and design work for the Lodz University of Technology and Vibroson. Kacper holds a double master's degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Technische Universität Berlin and a degree in Mechanical Engineering & Applied Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology.
