Christopher Chen has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Christopher began their career at IBM Global Process Services as a Corporate Software Trainer, where they delivered training programs to corporate and public groups. Christopher then moved on to CIBC, where they held various positions such as IT Software Instructor, Data Analyst, and Incident Manager. Following that, they worked at Sentry Metrics as a Reporting Consultant and later as Team Lead of the Service Design and Process Development group. Currently, they are employed at Herjavec Group as the Director of Service Design and Process Development, overseeing the interpretation and documentation of service needs for enterprise clients, as well as managing technical account managers. Overall, Christopher has a strong background in service design, process development, and technical account management.
Christopher Chen received an ITIL Certification from ITIL Foundation Certificate Training and ITIL Practitioner Training in 2006-2007. Christopher also completed Internal Accreditation training at PBSC Computer Training from 1997-1999. Christopher earned their OAC degree from West Hill Collegiate in 1984-1989.
