Service Delivery Team

The Service Delivery Team at The Herjavec Group, Inc. is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of managed security services to clients. Comprised of seasoned leaders and specialists in agile delivery, service design, and process development, this team ensures that client engagements are executed with precision, meet SOC 2 Type 2 standards, and adhere to PCI compliance. They coordinate closely with Security Operations Centers and other departments to maintain 24/7/365 operational excellence.
