Michelle Artist

Michelle Artist has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Agile Delivery at Cyderes, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Agile Delivery at the same company from March 2022 to June 2023. Michelle also has experience as an Engineering Program Manager at Cyderes from December 2019 to August 2022.

Before joining Cyderes, Michelle worked as a Scrum Master and Data Analyst at SMG - Service Management Group for a brief period from September 2019 to December 2019. Michelle also served as an IT Project Manager at Commerce Bank from June 2018 to September 2019, and as a Talent Development Consultant and Assistant Credit Manager at the same company in previous years.

Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Scrum@Scale Practitioner from Scrum Inc. in 2023 and Agile Development Practices from LinkedIn in 2020. Michelle is also a certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance.
