Ron M.

Ron M. has a diverse range of work experience in the security and surveillance industries. Ron began their career as a Surveillance Observer at Ameristar Casino Hotel Council Bluffs in 2006 and worked their way up to become a Dual-Rate Surveillance Shift Manager. In 2012, Ron joined Boyd Gaming as a Surveillance Shift Manager and later became the Surveillance Manager and Director of Surveillance. Their most recent role at Boyd Gaming ended in 2018. In 2019, Ron transitioned to Cyderes, where they initially worked as a Security Analyst and later took on roles as a Security Analyst, Shift Lead, and Security Operations Lead. Currently, at Cyderes, Ron holds the position of Detection Engineering Team Lead.

Ron M. has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Cybersecurity from Bellevue University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they had an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Metropolitan Community College from 2009 to 2019. Ron also attended William Jewell College from 2015 to 2016, where they completed the Doniphan Leadership Institute. Ron further pursued their education in Criminal Justice at Wayne State College from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, Ron has obtained certifications such as the Google Cloud Foundations certification from LinkedIn and the Google IT Support Professional Certificate from Google in 2022. Ron also achieved the Dean's List in Fall 2022 at Bellevue University.
