Anna Serafin

Anna Serafin is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as VP of HR Talent & Transformation at The Hershey Company since January 2012, Anna has held various leadership roles, including VP HR for US Commercial & Supply Chain, where Anna was responsible for a 12-person HR team and the development of consulting capabilities for corporate functions. Key achievements include creating strategic workforce plans that realized annual G&A savings and managing large-scale reorganization initiatives. Prior roles include HR Manager at CURE International, overseeing HR operations in over 20 countries, and HR Manager with The Pepsi Bottling Group. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
