Conor Flanagan has extensive experience in brand management and commercial strategy, currently serving as Director of Commercial Value Creation at The Hershey Company since October 2020, where previous roles included Senior Brand Manager for both Hershey's and Sweets. Prior to joining The Hershey Company, Conor held various positions at Bain & Company from September 2017 to October 2020, starting as a Summer Associate in 2016 and progressing to Manager. Conor began a career in brand management at Altria from June 2012 to July 2015, holding roles from Assistant Brand Manager to Senior Brand Analyst. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. in Accounting and Organizational Behavior from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S.BA. in Business Administration and Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond.
