Gino Caponi

Gino Caponi is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the consumer goods and retail sectors. Currently serving as VP of Finance for the Salty Snacks Division at The Hershey Company since November 2015, Gino is responsible for financial oversight of critical growth areas including Snacks and Grocery, innovation, and eCommerce. Prior to this role, Gino was the VP of Finance at Guitar Center, overseeing a team of 60 in corporate finance functions. Gino's career also includes significant positions at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities spanned from Chief Financial Officer for North America Salon Professional Products to roles in Cosmetics Finance and IT Finance. Gino holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Mathematics from Miami University.
