Jesslyn Lay

Jesslyn Lay, MBA, has extensive experience in sales and account management within the consumer goods industry, particularly with The Hershey Company, where roles have included Sr. National Account Manager for Candy & Grocery at Albertsons and Team Sales Manager for UNFI Wholesale Pacific. Prior to this, Jesslyn held significant positions at Johnson & Johnson as a National Account Sales Executive and at PepsiCo as a Business Development Manager and District Sales Leader. With expertise spanning the Northeast and Southeast markets, Jesslyn has successfully managed teams of 12-20 Sales Representatives and played a key role in account development, notably in the $17 million Boston Region. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Global Business Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, both from Johnson and Wales University, alongside an Associate of Science in Advertising Communications.
