Leanna Whetstone

Leanna Whetstone, MBA, M.Ed., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and education. Currently, Leanna serves as the Director of HR Transformation Org Change Management at The Hershey Company, where responsibilities include building critical capabilities to support business growth. Previous roles at The Hershey Company encompass leadership in HR transformation, enterprise learning, and corporate social responsibility. In addition, Leanna contributes as a Director on the Board of Directors at PSECU, and as a Trustee at Elizabethtown College. Early career experience includes mathematics education at Hempfield School District. Leanna holds an MBA from Elizabethtown College and an M.Ed. from Penn State University, alongside a BS in Mathematics and Education from Elizabethtown College.
