Pamela M. Arway

Pamela M. Arway is the current Director at The Hershey Company. Pamela has also held positions at DaVita Kidney Care and American Express.

Arway began their career at American Express in January 1987, where they eventually became President of Japan, Asia, Pacific, and Australia. Pamela left American Express in December 2008 to join DaVita Kidney Care.

After spending some time at DaVita Kidney Care, Arway rejoined The Hershey Company, where they have been serving as Director since then.
