Ranisha Kimble

RaNisha Kimble is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist at The Hershey Company, beginning in August 2024. Previously, RaNisha held the position of Culture & Teammate Experience Partner at Under Armour from March 2022 to September 2024, addressing complex employee relations issues while promoting an inclusive workplace. Before Under Armour, RaNisha worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon from February 2020 to March 2022, where significant contributions included revamping processes and driving engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional experience includes roles at Leading By Example LLC as a Human Resources Partner and at Caroline Center as a Life Enrichment Program Coordinator. RaNisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bowie State University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services, along with an MBA in Human Resource Management from University of Maryland Global Campus.
