Stephanie Hampton

Stephanie Hampton is an experienced communications professional, currently serving as a Communications Consultant at The Hershey Company, where support is provided to the Head of Communications in Executive and Change Communications strategies. As the Founder and President of On Purpose Communications since September 2020, Stephanie has established a firm dedicated to effective communication practices. Previously, as Chief Communications Officer at Fair360, a rebranding initiative was successfully led, transitioning the company from a diversity media focus to a human resources best practices organization. Stephanie's extensive background includes a Vice President role in Public Relations and Digital at Sodexo, enhancing brand reputation for the Global 500 company, and a 24-year tenure at Marriott International, where leadership roles included overseeing global communications and executive messaging during significant corporate transitions. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
