Betsy Appleyard has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Betsy began their career in 1993 as a GM/MP at Chilis Grill and Bar/Brinker International, where they worked until 2001. From 2001 to 2007, they served as an Area Director at Chili's Grill & Bar/Brinker International. In 2007, they joined Chilis Grill and Bar/Pepper Dining as an Area Director and remained in this role until 2015. Currently, they are Vice President of People Development at The Hickory Tavern, a position they have held since October 2018.
