Ashley Robinson

Support Services Director at The Hidden Genius Project

Ashley Robinson empowers the young people and their families as the Support Services Director at The Hidden Genius Project. With over twelve years of experience working with communities of color in the education, child welfare, mental health, and juvenile and criminal justice systems, Ashley is a longtime advocate for families fighting against systems of oppression and institutionalized racism.

Prior to this role, Ashley served as Director for FIRST 5 Santa Clara County overseeing professional development trainings for industries that serve pregnant women, children 0-5 and their families. She has also served as the Assistant Chair for the Black Leadership Kitchen Cabinet. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy from Golden Gate University. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys painting, fashion, dancing, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. Most importantly, she credits all things to her belief and faith in God.
