Currently serving as Sous Chef at The Highlands At Wyomissing since June 2015, Shawn has previously held the position of Cook Supervisor at Garden Spot Village from May 2012 to June 2014, and served as Executive Chef at Barney's at Overlook Golf Course from 2006 to 2012. Shawn obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Pennsylvania College of Technology, completing the program between 2001 and 2004.
