Lyman Liu

Lyman Liu is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at The Hina Group since September 2007, where responsibilities include managing general legal affairs, investment banking legal support, and contract management. Previously, Lyman held the position of Senior Associate and Director of the International Business Department at Jincheng Tongda Law Firm from 2006 to 2007, focusing on venture capital investments and mergers and acquisitions. Lyman also worked as an Associate Lawyer and Director of the WTO Law Department at Beijing Huanzhong & Partners from 2003 to 2006, representing the Chinese Government in international trade disputes and various commercial clients in arbitration cases. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of International Business and Economics.
