Jeremy Molnar

Jeremy Molnar has a strong background in data and analytics, with a focus on building data-driven cultures and enhancing customer experiences. Jeremy currently works as the Chief Data Officer at The Hive, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Partner at Allied Effect Toronto, specializing in helping organizations unlock the value of their data. From 2017 to 2019, Jeremy was the Vice President of Analytics and CRM at Aimia Inc, where they led a team of 80 and championed a culture shift towards personalization and member-centricity. Before that, they held various roles at Rogers Communications, including Director of CRM Evolution, Director of Enterprise Advanced Analytics, and Director of Enterprise Data Warehouse Program. In these roles, they successfully implemented optimization programs, achieved significant revenue growth, and developed talent in analytics and data science.

Jeremy Molnar received their B. Comm. degree in Finance from the University of Windsor in 2000. Jeremy then completed their MBA degree at McMaster University from 2000 to 2002.
