Patricia has a strong background in program development, leadership training, and coaching, demonstrating a commitment to improving education outcomes and teacher effectiveness. With a BA in English and Education from Marquette University, Patricia has successfully led and managed large teams, implemented effective professional development programs, and built strong partnerships within the education community.
