Zackary P. T. Sin

Zackary P. T. Sin is a Research Assistant Professor at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where research focuses on the metaverse, computer graphics, and human-computer interaction (HCI) since September 2016. Prior to this role, Zackary served as a Ph.D. candidate at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and The Chinese University of Hong Kong, concentrating on computer graphics and HCI. Previous experience includes being a top-tier Microsoft Student Partner from 2015 to 2016, where contributions were made in coding workshops, and working as a Junior Game Developer at Twitchy Finger Limited, participating in the development of award-winning projects like Mini Legend and Furball Rampage from 2014 to 2015. Zackary holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, completed in 2023, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the same institution from 2012 to 2016.
