Franco Leung

Franco Leung currently serves as the Senior Manager of Campus Security at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Franco was the Head of Section for Security at HAECO from March 2019 to April 2021, overseeing security and fire services operation management. From September 2003 to May 2018, Franco held the position of Manager-Corporate Security Risk Management at MTR Corporation Limited, where responsibilities included security risk assessment and investigations, advisory services, audits, training, and event security. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager-Operations at Aviation Security Company Limited, managing security operations at Hong Kong International Airport from August 2001 to August 2003, and as Assistant Investigator at the Independent Commission Against Corruption from May 1995 to December 2000, focusing on law enforcement and corruption investigations. Franco Leung earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Kent between 1991 and 1994.
