Joe Juliano

Joe Juliano has more than 30 years of work experience in the beverage and snack food industries. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Director of Warehouse Operations at The Honickman Companies, where they oversee eight facilities in Southern New Jersey to the North Carolina border. Prior to this, they worked at Nestlé Waters, where they held various roles, including National Business Improvement Project & Portfolio Manager, National Service Excellence Activation Manager, National Focused Improvement Manager, National Warehouse Manager, Regional Supply Chain Manager, National Inventory Manager, Market Operations Process Manager, and Facility Manager. Before joining Nestlé Waters, Joe worked at Frito Lay, where they served as Zone Operations Manager, AM Lead Warehouse Supervisor, PM Lead Warehouse Supervisor, Merchandiser and Delivery Support, and Warehouse Team Member. Overall, Joe has gained extensive experience in warehouse management, process improvement, project management, and supply chain operations.

Joe Juliano attended Suffolk County Community College from 1990 to 1992, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. Joe then transferred to Long Island University and studied Business Management from 1992 to 1994. Joe also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University College of Professional Studies, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
