John Serpa

John Serpa serves as the Vice President of People at TPM, ColorLab, and TrebleHook. John has also held various titles within the United States Marine Corps, including Director of Human Resources and Senior Advisor, where John provided guidance to executives and led teams in challenging environments. Additionally, John has experience in nonprofit organizations such as Marine Toys for Tots Foundation and the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. John has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Park University and has completed various military education programs.
