Aaron McLaughlin possesses extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Sous Chef at The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn since September 2014. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of Senior Chef de Partie at the same establishment. Experience spans several prestigious venues, including Chef De Partie roles at London Marriott Hotel Park Lane from September 2011 to September 2014, Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel & Country Club from August 2008 to September 2011, and The Blue Boar Pub from January 2005 to July 2008. Educational qualifications include NVQ Level 2 and VRQ Level 3 City and Guilds in the Catering industry from Harlow College (2009-2012) and a GCSE in all aspects from Roding Valley High School (2003-2008).
