Philip Christoff

Philip Christoff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare leadership and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Medical & Academic Affairs at The Hospital for Sick Children since June 2021, Philip collaborates closely with the Chief Medical Officer to oversee the operational aspects of the department. As Principal at Christoff Consulting since 2008, Philip focuses on helping organizations manage risks and optimize performance. Previous roles include Assistant Deputy Minister of Health Services with the Yukon Government, Director of Internal Client Services with the Region of Peel, and Director of Quality and Risk Management at Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Local Health Integration Network. Philip's career also includes positions at Hamilton Health Sciences, St. Peter's Health System, and various ministries within the Ontario government. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Queen's University, further studies at Carleton University, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University.
