Rob J. Anderson

Rob J. Anderson has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Rob J. started their career in 1996 as an Independent State Farm Insurance Agent, where they sold multi-line products for insurance and financial services. Rob J. then transitioned into the healthcare field and worked as the Director of Business Development at Merritt Hawkins & Associates/AMN Healthcare from 2001 to 2005. Following this, Rob served as the Vice President of Business Development and Director of Operations at Medical Edge Healthcare Group from 2005 to 2009, where they were responsible for strategic healthcare provider operations and referral development. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Tenet Healthcare as the National Director of Business Development and Physician Recruitment, overseeing strategic implementation of physician recruitment efforts. Rob J. joined The Hospitals of Providence in 2011 and held various roles, including Chief Business Development Officer and Chief Executive Officer. In 2017, Rob became the Market Chief Strategy Officer at Tenet Healthcare before returning to The Hospitals of Providence as the Chief Executive Officer in 2019.

Rob J. Anderson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University, from 1989 to 1995. Rob J. later pursued a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, from 2010 to 2012.
