Stefany Garcia

Stefany Garcia is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community engagement, data analysis, and program coordination. Currently serving as a Community Engagement Specialist at the Houston Food Bank, Stefany has developed impactful reports from community listening sessions and launched the Neighbor Newsletter. Prior roles include a Contract Office Manager, Contract Grant Writer, and Program Coordinator at BridgeYear, where Stefany contributed to securing over $500,000 in grants and enhanced curriculum based on student survey data. As a Program Fellow, Stefany successfully adapted educational content for remote learning, reaching over 3,000 students. Additionally, Stefany has experience in organizing community events, crafting marketing materials, and teaching. Stefany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education Studies from Brown University.
