Kailee Benfield

Kailee Benfield (Assoc CIPD) is a Human Resources Consultant at The HR Dept since December 2024, with prior experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Tenerity from December 2023 to December 2024. Before transitioning into HR, Kailee accumulated extensive legal administrative experience as a Legal Secretary at Blake Morgan LLP from August 2008 to December 2023, supporting the Dispute Resolution Team, as well as roles at A2 Solicitors LLP and Daltons Solicitors. Kailee holds an Associate Diploma in People Management from the City of Portsmouth College and has completed a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship, along with a Level 2 Certificate in Para Legal Studies.
