Monica Fleury

Monica Fleury has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as a Contractor at Kramer Workplace Investigations since May 2023 and as a Human Resources professional at The HR Manager LLC since October 2021. Previously, Monica held the position of HR Manager at The Marin School from July 2022 to June 2023 and served as Vice President of Operations at Merrimak Capital Company for nearly a decade, from January 2012 to October 2021. Additionally, Monica worked at The Corinthian Yacht Club as a Manager from January 2008 to December 2012, and as Executive Assistant to the Director at The Petaluma Downtown Association in 2007-2008. Monica's early career included a significant role as Store Director / Visual Assistant at Victoria's Secret from January 1998 to February 2003.
