Lucy Berrier

Lucy Berrier joined The Hunt Institute in July 2020 as a Policy Analyst. Previously, Lucy managed Educators Rising, a program that aims to address the shortage of qualified and diverse teachers across the country by creating a sustainable educator pathway starting in high schools. Through nonprofit and consulting roles, she has spent her career working directly with education practitioners to identify their needs and desired areas of support, finding solutions through programs and resources, and creating strategic partnerships that ensure educators are prepared to reach all students.
