Andrew Turner has a extensive work experience, beginning in 2006 as a Senior Project Manager at Mondial-Assistance Australia. Andrew then served as a Software Development Manager at Tickets from 2008 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Andrew worked as an IT Manager and Agile Software Development Manager at Altius Holdings, where they were responsible for infrastructure, software development, web strategy, and IT consolidation.

In 2011, Andrew joined Australian Payroll Professionals as an IT Manager and Agile Software Development Manager, where they successfully implemented Agile (Scrum) and led the internal development team to achieve high velocity and quality software delivery.

Following this, Andrew held various roles at HotSchedules, starting as APAC Development Director in 2013, and later being promoted to Senior Director Product Development and then VP Product Development. Andrew was responsible for global software strategy, direction, and managing agile development teams across multiple countries.

In 2016, Andrew became the Chief Technology Officer / Chief Product Officer at Rockend, where they restructured the engineering, product, and cloud infrastructure departments to embrace a DevOps cultural shift. Andrew focused on implementing efficient large-scale agile development and driving change towards continuous delivery through micro-services.

Before their current role, Andrew served as the VP of Engineering at Secure Code Warrior from 2019 to 2020, where they were a key member of the executive team and responsible for the global engineering budget, structure, teams, strategy, and positive culture.

Andrew is currently the Chief Technology Officer at THE ICONIC, where they lead various departments and is accountable for product, engineering, security, IT, help desk, and data. Andrew is focused on driving the company's purpose of liberation through fashion and sport, allowing individuals to express their true selves.

From 1988 to 1992, Andrew Turner attended the University of Portsmouth, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
