Maria Koralis

Maria Koralis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Maria currently holds the position of Director, People & Culture at THE ICONIC, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's human resources functions. Prior to this, Maria served as the Head of HR - Operations & Workplace Relations at THE ICONIC. Maria also worked as a Workplace & Employee Relations Specialist at the same company.

Before joining THE ICONIC, Maria held the role of Human Resources Director - ANZ at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, a global provider of environmental and sustainability services. During their time at ERM, they led the HR function for the ANZ region and contributed to the development of the company's HR strategy.

Maria also has experience in the field of education, having worked as an HR Integration Consultant at AGSM @ UNSW Business School. In this role, they played a key role in the integration of AGSM and the Faculty of Commerce and Economics at UNSW.

Maria's work experience also includes a role as the Personnel & Training Manager at Target Australia, where they were responsible for managing personnel and training initiatives.

Maria Koralis has a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney. Maria also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in HBDI from Herrmann Asia in June 2022 and SquadifyPro Certification from Squadify in December 2021.
