Chantal Bonitto

Chantal Bonitto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in philanthropy, fundraising, and organizational change focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at The Inclusion Firm since February 2022, Chantal previously held significant roles including Senior Managing Director of Principal Gifts at UNICEF USA and Executive Director for the Northeastern Region at CARE. With a strong background in inclusive philanthropy showcased during their time as Director at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Chantal has also contributed to initiatives at Women Moving Millions, the Thomson Reuters Foundation, and the Ms. Foundation for Women, among others. Chantal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Oberlin College and has furthered education at New York University.
