Namita Singh

Namita Singh is an experienced journalist currently serving as the India Correspondent for The Independent since October 2020. Previously, Namita worked as a Senior Correspondent for Hindustan Times, focusing on legal issues and accessing confidential documents. Other roles include positions at MediaNama as a journalist and at GoNews24x7 as a Reporter-Writer-Producer, where responsibilities encompassed writing and story production. Namita also contributed to the Indian Political Action Committee as a Junior Associate in Media and External Communication.
