Abhijit A Nanoti

Abhijit A Nanoti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Abhijit is currently the Managing Director at The Indian Steel & Wire Products LTD, a subsidiary of TATA Steel Limited. Prior to this role, they worked as the Sr. G.M. of Supply Chain, Procurement & Industrial Byproducts Management at Tata Steel Long Products Limited, where they were responsible for turning around the company and overseeing all manufacturing locations. Before that, they held various leadership positions at Tata Steel including Chief of Supply Chain and EPA Management at Tubes Division and Head of Operations & Maintenance at Precision Tubes Plant. Abhijit also worked on several projects for Tata Steel, including CAPL and CRM Upgrade and the Orissa Project. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at JK Tyre as a Senior Engineer and at Klöckner Pentaplast as a Graduate Trainee Engineer. Throughout their career, Abhijit has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, operations, and project management.

Abhijit A Nanoti completed their General Management Program (GMP) from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2002 to 2003. Abhijit also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics from Nagpur University from 1987 to 1991.

In addition to their educational background, Abhijit has earned several certifications. In July 2019, they completed the Tata Group Executive Leadership Seminar at the Tata Management Training Center in Pune, which was conducted by the Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education. In February 2018, they obtained a certification in Steel Management-20 from the World Steel Association (worldsteel), held in Brussels, Belgium. Abhijit also became a Certified TBEM Assessor from TQMS in January 2004.
