Pablo Damonte, PMP has over 18 years of work experience in various roles related to procurement, contracts, logistics, and supply chain management. Pablo is currently serving as the Director of Procurement, Contracts, and Logistics for TAQA (Industrialization & Energy Services Company) in the MENAT region. In this role, they are responsible for building a new supply chain organization and supporting operations in procurement, strategic sourcing, logistics, and materials management.

Prior to their current position, Pablo worked as the Senior Supply Chain Manager at IPE Neuquen S.A., where they led the supply chain transformation and managed teams in procurement, logistics, materials, and facilities.

Before that, Pablo gained valuable experience at Schlumberger, where they held various roles, including Geomarket Warehousing and Inventory Manager, Geomarket Procurement & Sourcing Manager, Facilities Project Manager, HSE & Facilities Advisor, Product Line Training Manager, Seismic Instruments Support Manager, Chief Instrument Engineer, and Instrument Engineer.

Throughout their career, Pablo has demonstrated their expertise in optimizing warehouse operations, inventory management, procurement, sourcing, cost reduction, team leadership, project management, and HSE programs. Pablo has been consistently focused on adding value, driving efficiencies, and achieving organizational goals.

Pablo Damonte, PMP, holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario, where they studied Electronics, Automation, and Communications from 1994 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Electronic Technician from the Instituto Tecnico Salesiano San Jose, specializing in General Electronics from 1988 to 1993. In addition to their education, they have also pursued various certifications, including the PMP (Project Manager Professional) from PMI in 2013 and additional training in negotiation and strategic cost management in 2014. Pablo has also completed project management courses from Herriot-Watt University in 2009 and 2011, focusing on project management in the oil and gas industry.
