Rachel Joy Lacebal

Rachel Joy Lacebal is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of askINKEY Skincare Support Service at The INKEY List since March 2020 and leading the Personal Pillar of the Empowerment Collective, focusing on addressing inequality within the business. Prior to this, Rachel worked as the Acting Head of #askINKEY and a Customer Services Skincare Coach while also excelling as a Calligraphy Artist for with all my joy since March 2017. Other notable positions include Business Development Manager at PRIME IGC, Business Development & Marketing Executive at NDB Construction Limited, and Business Development & Marketing Manager at Bay Construct Ltd. Rachel's career began at Quality Capital Management Ltd as an Associate in Business Development & Marketing. Rachel holds a BA HONS in Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire and A Levels in Business Studies from Richmond Upon Thames College.
