Russell Bailey

Russell Bailey currently serves as the Head of Global Operations at The INKEY List since September 2022. Prior to this role, Russell held the position of UK&I Head of Logistics at Wella Company from April 2021 to September 2022. Additionally, Russell worked at Coty as the UK&I Logistics Manager from January 2019 to March 2021 and as an Operations Manager at Ocado from August 2018 to January 2019. Russell's experience also includes serving as an Operations Manager at Lidl UK from January 2016 to August 2018 and various operations roles at L'Oréal from October 2012 to December 2015, where positions included Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor.
