Julian Eckhardt has a strong background in the culinary industry, with a focus on kitchen operations and management. Julian started their career as a Line Cook at Statler Hotel in 2005 and worked there until 2009. Following that, they moved to Hotel Fauchere where they served as a Sous Chef from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined The Inn at Little Washington Careers and worked their way up from Senior Sous Chef to Executive Sous Chef. Currently, Julian holds the position of Director of Culinary Operations at The Inn, responsible for overseeing all culinary activities.
Julian Eckhardt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they pursued an Associates of Occupational Studies degree in Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of America, attending from 2006 to 2008.
