Andrew Robson has extensive work experience in the field of communications and marketing. Andrew began their career in 2004 with Newcastle Rugby Ltd, where they worked as a Ticket Office Supervisor and Marketing Assistant. Andrew later became the Customer Service Manager, responsible for maintaining relationships with supporters and fulfilling ticketing obligations. In 2008, they joined the Scottish Rugby Union as an Assistant Ticket Services Manager, providing support in ticketing operations for Edinburgh Rugby and Glasgow Warriors.

In 2011, Andrew returned to Newcastle Rugby Ltd as a Communications and Marketing professional. Andrew worked as a Ticketing Coordinator, managing the club's relationship with ticket system supplier Ticketmaster and promoting the club to businesses in the North East & Cumbria. Andrew also served as the Media Manager for Newcastle Thunder rugby league club, responsible for media management, press release creation, and strategic planning.

In 2013, Andrew took on the role of Press Officer for UK Rally Limited, where they worked on event coverage and promotion. Andrew also worked as a Freelance PR Officer for young racing driver Matthew Graham, securing media coverage and partnerships to promote the driver's racing activities.
