We are looking for a Junior Service Delivery Manager to come and join us and really make a difference. 

This exciting role will suit a Senior Network and Security Engineer who has a track record of supporting and managing complex enterprise-level solutions and loves staying up to date with the latest technology trends, standards and industry best practices. But most of all, we’re looking for someone who is a good team player and can build great relationships both internally and externally.

A day in the life of a Senior Network and Security Engineer will involve: 

  • Being a technical point of escalation and mentor to other teams
  • Working closely with customers to ensure a high performing network & security environment.
  • Responsibility for supporting key clients platforms using emerging technologies including cloud security (Zscaler preferred), firewall (Fortigate preferred), SD-WAN and/or WAN, switch network, wireless network, cloud network (AWS and/or Azure)

To stand out from the crowd and fit in here you will:

  • Have 2-3 years working as a network and/or security engineer

  • Strong understanding of security best practice principles in network designs and implementations

  • Experience with advanced networking e.g. SD-WAN, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, NAT, VPN, 802.1x, spanning-tree

  • Cloud network support (AWS or Azure)

  • Cloud connectivity support (Megaport preferred)

  • Industry Certifications in any of the following technologies: Fortinet, Zscaler, Cisco or PaloAlto.
