Khalid A. K. Tareen

Khalid A. K. Tareen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content specialization and management within financial institutions. Currently serving as a Content Specialist for both The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and The Institute of Bankers Pakistan since 2016, Khalid has also held managerial roles such as Assistant Branch Manager at Dawood Family Takaful Ltd. and Unit Manager at Adamjee Life Assurance Co. Ltd. With a solid background in recoveries, special assets management, and business development at House Building Finance Company Ltd. for over three decades, Khalid has demonstrated expertise in strategic recovery planning and partner engagement. Additionally, Khalid has contributed to academia as a Visiting Lecturer at the National College of Computer Sciences in Karachi. Khalid holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Al-Khair University and a Master of Arts in Islamic History from Karachi University, supplemented by a Bachelor’s degree from the University of the Punjab.
