Michael Agovino

Michael Agovino has extensive experience in the pharmacy and healthcare field. Since October 2012, Michael has served as a member of the Pharmacy Advisory Committee for the New York State Department of Health, appointed by Commissioner Dr. Shah. Additionally, Michael has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Institutes of Applied Human Dynamics since January 2007 and held the position of Treasurer for the Pharmacists Society of the State of New York from June 2014 to June 2020. Michael was the President of Sedgwick Pharmacy from July 1978 until December 2016, where Sedgwick Pharmacy evolved into a full-service Long Term Care Pharmacy, serving the Van Cortlandt Village area and addressing the needs of developmentally disabled individuals in a group home setting. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Fordham University.
