Aloys Nghiem

In the current role at International Energy Agency, Aloys Nghiem leads a team of data analysts/scientists as the Head of Data Development. Prior to this, at Mercury NZ, as a Wholesale Power Market Analyst, Aloys developed machine learning and deep learning algorithms for forecasting and analytical tools. While at WindEurope, Aloys provided analysis and published reports for the wind energy market. Additionally, at ENGIE, Aloys analyzed various power markets and kickstarted analysis in previously uncovered markets. In previous roles at ENGIE, GDF Suez, wpd S.A.S., and elm Leblanc (Bosch), Aloys gained experience in energy efficiency, wind project development, and blue-collar work. Aloys holds degrees from CentraleSupélec, Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, and Lycée Janson de Sailly.
