Andrea Rosario

Andrea Rosario is a seasoned professional in international and electoral systems, currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems since July 2019. Previous roles at the organization include Program Officer for the Northern Triangle, Program Coordinator, Program Associate, and Americas Intern. Prior experience includes positions as Operations Assistant at American University, Communications Intern at The Office of Barack and Michelle Obama, Immigration Intern at the International Rescue Committee, and various internships with the U.S. House of Representatives and Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from American University and an Associate of Arts degree from Valencia College.
