Sarah Stern is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in democracy assistance programs, currently serving at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems since January 2021. Previously held a similar role at the National Democratic Institute from September 2014 to January 2021, overseeing initiatives in the Latin America and Caribbean region.
