Alexandria Sabatini

Alexandria Sabatini, MPIA, currently serves as the Operations and HR Manager at Way to Win since September 2023. Prior to this role, Alexandria gained valuable experience at CommunicateHealth, Inc., where the positions included Employee Experience Specialist in Recruitment and Operations Associate from March 2020 to September 2023. Previous work experience includes Operations at Tier1, Inc. (May 2017 - March 2020), Special Assistant to the COO at the Democratic National Committee (July 2016 - August 2017), Staff/Financial Assistant at the Congressional Office of Compliance (August 2015 - July 2016), and internships at the U.S. House of Representatives (May 2014 - August 2014) and the Peace Corps (May 2012 - August 2012). Alexandria holds a Master of Public and International Affairs with a focus on Human Security from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (2013 - 2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a concentration in Political Science and Spanish from California University of Pennsylvania (2008 - 2012).
